If you want your users to see your name or company name in the SMS sender line instead of your phone number, order a new “sender”. You can easily do it by clicking the link in the SMS sending form.

Open the SMS sending form (e.g. “Contact” >> “SMS sending” in the main menu click).

Click “Order new” in item 2 “Select the sender”.

Clicking the said link you open an additional window. Fill it in to order a new sender’s name.

Indicate the sender’s name in the empty field (in the example, the sender’s name is Verozona). The sender’s name must contain from 4 to 11 characters. It is confirmed or rejected within one working day.

When the sender’s name is entered, click “Order”.

Once the new sender’s name is confirmed, you can select it when completing a new SMS sending form.

To postpone the sending of your SMS messages, complete a new SMS sending form, and mark “Postpone sending” in the last item “Choose the time for sending”.

Enter the date and indicate the time when your SMS messages should be sent.

Attention! The sending time may be between 10.00 and 20.00. If your sending time is not in this interval, you will not be able to confirm the sending.

Complete all the fields in the SMS sending form and click “Save”. You will get a table with all the details about the SMS sending – it is a request to confirm that the date and time are correct. After you confirm these details, the system will generate a confirmation notice:

You can use the confirmation window to send a new message or view a list of all scheduled messages. To view scheduled messages, click “Scheduled messages”.

The information on all confirmed, but scheduled messages is presented in a table. It is an SMS sending report where you can choose filters to view the messages sent or planned.

In the case above, the sending report shows only messages with the status “scheduled”. You can also access this report via the expandable quick link menu on the right.

To edit a package to be sent, click the pencil icon in the “Actions” column of the SMS sending report. To delete a scheduled SMS package, click the recycle bin icon.

If your SMS text, title or other details in the SMS sending form do not change or may have only minimal changes, you should make SMS templates.

To save a template, complete a new SMS sending form (you don’t have to complete all the fields) and click “Save the template”. Your template will be saved with all the information indicated in the sending form.

You can open a list of all your templates by selecting “Templates” in the quick link menu or “Template” in the sending report status filter.

If you want to use a template, open the list of templates and click the pencil icon next to the one you want to use. You will get a fully or partially completed SMS sending form. Update information, where necessary, and send messages.

Filters. All entries in the report can be filtered:

  • The space filter allows you to select one of the spaces;
  • The contact group allows you to indicate a contact group;
  • The status filter allows you to select a status:
    • Sent – entries of the messages sent;
    • Scheduled – messages that are prepared but not sent yet;
    • Being sent - messages that are being sent;
    • Template – a list of saved templates;
    • Terminated – terminated sending operations (the sending was started, but terminated);
    • All – a list of all messages.
  • The date filter allows you to select one of the options or enter any other period. You will be shown only those messages that fall in the period selected.

Date of sending. The sending date field shows the date of SMS sending and a clock icon. Move over the clock to see the exact time of the beginning of sending.

The number of messages sent. The report shows the total number of the SMS messages sent with that package and the number of the successfully delivered and failed messages.

The “Actions” column contains pencil and recycle bin icons next to packages that are still to be sent. Click the pencil to edit the sending information. Click the recycle bin to delete the package from the list – such package will not be sent.

It is also possible to export the information on the price of packages and SMS sending records.

Beedo logo 80x65.png List of numbers which did not receive messages

If you select a package in the “Report” page, which had undelivered messages, and click on the number of undelivered messages, you can see the total list of numbers which did not receive messages.

A filter in the list will allow you to filter numbers by information:

  • how many times messages were sent to the number
  • how many messages were not delivered to the number

Please note that the list includes only those numbers that were not deleted from your database. If you delete the numbers, next time you open the list the table will be empty. To view deleted numbers, tick “Show deleted contacts” and click “Filter”. Numbers that were deleted from the system are underlined and in grey font.

Beedo logo 80x65.png Deleting numbers from the database

We recommend deleting the numbers that don’t receive your messages on a constant basis. In other words, save your money and send messages only to active numbers. There are two ways to delete numbers:

  • Tick numbers to be deleted (they can be in different pages) or tick the entire page and click “Delete the selected (X)” (where X is the number of the phone numbers selected).
  • You can delete all numbers in the list by clicking “Delete all”. Please note that if you use the filter, i.e. set a limit for the number of sending operations and unsuccessful deliveries, and click “Delete all”, you will delete all numbers that satisfy the filter criteria.

If a contact has more information than a telephone number (name, surname, e-mail address, etc.), only the telephone number is deleted leaving the contact information in the database.

Beedo logo 80x65.png Overview of SMS packages

The overview of SMS packages contains a chart of SMS packages (being sent, sent, scheduled) and statistical information. The entries of the current month are provided by default. The overall overview of packages looks like this:
